About the Role

Mfinite Consulting is hiring Dishwashers to operate the dish room and maintain sanitation of kitchen equipment in support of dietary services at the New Hampshire Veterans Home. This is a hands-on role that keeps the kitchen running safely and smoothly — and directly supports the team preparing meals for veteran residents.

What You'll Do

• Operate dishwasher and/or food disposal equipment safely and efficiently
• Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, pots, and kitchen equipment
• Clean and sanitize floors, prep surfaces, and the dish room area per facility protocol
• Assist kitchen staff with basic prep or cleaning tasks as needed
• Maintain a safe, organized dish room work area

What You'll Need

• Ability to operate a dishwasher and/or food disposal unit
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and push carts
• Ability to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Prior food service/dish room experience preferred, but not required
• Flexibility to work indoors and/or outdoors depending on event needs

Before You Start: Screening & Compliance

Per NHVH contract requirements, all candidates must complete the following prior to their start date:

• Criminal background check (National Criminal Records Check or NH Release of Criminal Record Authorization)
• BEAS State Registry check
• OIG Exclusion List screening (at hire, with monthly re-screening thereafter)
• Annual Conviction Disclosure Attestation
• Fitness-for-duty attestation, and physical/drug testing where applicable
• Review and attestation of NHVH policies and procedures (at hire and annually)
• Note: Former NHVH employees are not eligible for placement without prior NHVH approval
