Summary:
The Dishwasher plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen operations. Responsible for washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, this position ensures that the culinary team has the necessary tools to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our members and guests. In addition to washing dishes, the Dishwasher will assist with cleaning and mopping floors, ensuring a tidy and sanitary work environment. Light kitchen prep work may also be required, contributing to the overall efficiency of the kitchen team. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to teamwork, fostering a positive and efficient kitchen atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dishwashing: Efficiently wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, ensuring all items are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
- Cleaning Duties: Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area, including wiping down surfaces, cleaning equipment, and ensuring all areas are free from debris.
- Floor Maintenance: Regularly mop and clean floors to uphold a safe and hygienic working environment.
- Food Preparation Assistance: Assist with light kitchen food prep tasks, such as washing and chopping vegetables or assembling ingredients, as directed by the kitchen staff.
- Inventory Support: Help organize and maintain kitchen supplies, ensuring that all necessary items are readily available for use.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service during peak hours.
- Communication: Report any maintenance issues or supply needs to supervisors promptly to ensure uninterrupted kitchen operations.

Education:
- High School Diploma

Experience:
- Previous restaurant experience preferred
Working Conditions:

- Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required
