Dishwasher

Reporting to the Senior Chef, the selected candidate will have the responsibility to ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of the Kitchen.

What you will be doing:

• Perform thorough cleaning of the main kitchen area.
• Clean all cookware, utensils, and serving plates.
• Handle cleaning of heavy kitchen equipment and tools.
• Clean the grill and oven thoroughly.
• Ensure regular and effective cleaning of the air extractor.
• Monitor and maintain personal hygiene standards at all times.
• Maintain general cleanliness and tidiness of both the pastry section and kitchen throughout the day.
• Clean and sanitize the chill room and cold room.
• Properly place and arrange vegetables and fruits on designated shelves upon delivery.
• Remove kitchen waste bins regularly and dispose of waste properly.
• Wash and sanitize all bins after every use.
• Carry out any other related duties as may be assigned, in line with the daily operations of the kitchen.

What are we looking for ?

• Minimum form 4.
• Minimum 1- 2 experience in similar post.
• Food Handler’s certificate.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and team spirit.
