Your Role

As a Dishwasher, you’ll maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas. You’ll ensure all dishes, utensils, and equipment are cleaned and organized, supporting the culinary team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role is ideal for someone who works with Grit, supports the team Stronger Together, and strives to be Better Every Day.

What You’ll Do

• Clean and sanitize all kitchen and dining room equipment, utensils, and work areas
• Sweep, mop, and maintain floors
• Wash and restock pots, pans, and trays
• Handle trash and recyclables by segregating, removing, and disposing in designated containers
• Restock tools, supplies, and prep areas for the next shift
• Assist cooks with basic food prep, labeling, and storage
• Maintain inventory of kitchen supplies and temperature logs
• Keep walk-in coolers/freezers clean and organized
• Bus tables and clear trays from common areas
• Support banquet setups and teardown as needed
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and professional appearance standards
• Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Familiarity with food service regulations
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment and hand tools safely
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Capable of lifting, carrying, and moving items up to 40 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Previous kitchen experience is a plus

Licenses & Certifications

• Food Handler’s Card
• Brand specific training as applicable
