20.00 per hour20.00 per hourFlagship Culinary Services is currently seeking Dishwashers to support the cafes for our Client, the largest social media company in the WORLD!
Our Dishwashers enjoy a work/life balance with a set-schedule and weekends off, and the welcoming, fast-paced environment provides on-the-job training for those looking to start a CAREER in the culinary field.

Pay: $21.00

• Wash & Dry: the primary duty is to provide clean dishes and cooking equipment to customers and kitchen crew. This includes washing and drying dishes, glassware, flatware and pots and pans by machine or hand

• Load & Unload: must be able to load and unload the dish washing machine frequently throughout the day

• Cleanliness: maintain clean work areas and equipment; sweep and scrub floors

• Stock: place clean dishes, utensils and cooking equipment in storage areas; prepare and package individual place settings

• Trash: sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas. Clean garbage cans with water or steam

• Kitchen Support: clean and prepare various foods for cooking and serving; stock supplies in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators and salad bars

• Other duties as assigned

Knowledge and Skills

• Previous experience in a high-volume, full-service kitchen (preferred)

• Excellent customer service skills

• Sense of urgency and ability to move throughout the dish pit and kitchen in a safe manner

• Ability to follow all company policies in areas of attendance, safety and sanitation

Requirements

• A minimum of a high school diploma or GED

• 1 year of dish machine operating experience

Physical Demands

• Must be able tolift upto 40 lbs

• Exposure to soap, cleaning solutions and steam
