Do you mind getting down and dirty to achieve amazing guest satisfaction? Well then you have come to the right place. As the dish machine operator, you are responsible for ensuring clean dishware to our guests.

Job Responsibilities
  • Operating the dish machine
  • Supervising proper rinse and wash temperature
  • Changing water every 2 hours
  • Storing and using dish chemicals properly
  • Setting up and organizing the dish racks and window
  • Removing trash
  • Having good communication skills

Our portfolio continued to grow in 2014, when we acquired the Aspen Creek concept from Texas Roadhouse Inc., adding eight locations in Texas, Indiana, and Kentucky. Further expansion into Illinois and Indiana was driven by the inception of Aspen Tap House in 2020. Most recently, Slim Chickens joined our family of brands in 2021, with the option to franchise 21 locations in Oregon and Idaho.
