We are looking for a Dishwasher that will be responsible for performing a variety of duties including properly preparing, cooking, and storing food items to establish consistent yields and food quality, cleaning dishes, busing tables, maintaining restrooms and other general maintenance duties as outlined in the department training guide. Dishwashers will also perform other tasks as directed by a supervisor.

Essential Functions

• Properly prepare all items needed for cooking: washing and cutting vegetables, weighing, mixing, and measuring ingredients to pre-cooking batches of meat, poultry, and seafood before the start of each shift.
• Stock work station(s) with all necessary ingredients and food supplies.
• Check for proper detergent, rinse agent levels, and water temperatures at the beginning of the shift and throughout the day
• Follow proper procedures on running items through the dish machine.
• Keep service area, kitchen, and line stocked with clean dishes.
• Keep all kitchen floors, coolers, and service area floors swept and mopped.
• Standing and/or walking - 100% of time.
• Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs and frequently lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Working in temperatures that may exceed 90 degrees
