**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Dish Technician to join our team. The Dish Tech will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and repairing dish systems for our customers. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.
**Responsibilities:**
- Install new dish systems for residential and commercial customers.
- Troubleshoot and repair dish systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any questions or concerns regarding the dish systems.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and customer interactions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies related to dish systems.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience with dish system installation and repair is preferred.
- Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies in the field.
