El diseñador senior de tubería será el responsable del desarrollo de modelos de tubería 3D inteligentes y de entregables tipo 2D; deberá asistir en la solución de problemas técnicos relacionados con los diseños de tuberías y trabajar de forma colaborativa y propositiva dentro de los equipos multidisciplinarios de los diferentes proyectos.

El diseñador senior de tubería será el responsable del desarrollo, coordinación y chequeo de modelos de tubería 3D inteligentes y de entregables tipo 2D; deberá asistir en la solución de problemas técnicos relacionados con los diseños de tuberías y trabajar de forma colaborativa y propositiva dentro de los equipos multidisciplinarios de los diferentes proyectos.

Calificaciones y habilidades:

  • Mínimo 8 años de experiencia en diseño de tuberías para industria pesada o experiencia relevante equivalente.
  • Experiencia en el diseño de tuberías en sectores como minería, metales, petróleo y Gas; y similares industrias pesadas.
  • Experiencia en desarrollo y diseño de diagramas de tubería e instrumentación (P&ID)
  • Experiencia confirmada en diagramación de diagramas de flujo de proceso (PFDs)
  • Conocimiento avanzado de los componentes y materiales de tuberías.
  • Conocimiento profundo de normas y códigos industriales aplicables a la disciplina como ASME, API, AISI
  • Experiencia en flujos de trabajo típicos relacionados con la disciplina de tubería
  • Experiencia profunda en diseño y modelado de tuberías, incluyendo soportes, conexiones, accesorios y su integración con el modelo general de cada planta
  • Experiencia en el uso de herramientas CAD 3D inteligentes, preferiblemente suites Bentley y/o intergraph
  • Experiencia y conocimiento en la preparación de entregables 2D tipo planimetrías de tuberías, isométricos, soportes y detalles de conexiones de tubería.
  • Capacidad de gestión y manejo de grupos de dibujantes.
  • Experiencia en roles de revisor (checker) para diseños propios de la disciplina desarrollados por otros profesionales del grupo, incluye checker para P&IDs, modelos 3D, Isométricos y planimetrías 2D.
