In this role, you'll:

Work as part of the Discrimination and Harassment Prevention Unit delivering enterprise wide cultural change and inclusion initiatives that foster a respectful, safe and inclusive workplace.

This role will see you implement evidence based discrimination and harassment prevention strategies and contribute to risk mitigation, education and cultural reform across Transport for NSW.

You will drive behavioural change and prevention focused outcomes in a dynamic, high-impact environment where collaboration, resilience and legislative insight are key to influencing workplace culture.

About you

You will be experienced in applying evidence based approaches to discrimination and harassment prevention initiatives and have a solid understanding of Work Health and Safety (WHS) and anti‑discrimination legislation, with the ability to translate complex legal concepts into practical, plain English initiatives.

You are competent in leveraging data analysis to inform risk assessments, track cultural change and evaluate program outcomes through structured frameworks, while also demonstrating strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including the ability to facilitate difficult conversations.

Additionally, you have a background in or exposure to capability uplift programs and will be comfortable navigating uncertainty and shifting priorities, thriving in roles where no two days look the same and adaptability is key.
