Our Discovery Representative position isn’t just a job; it’s the launchpad for your TD SYNNEX career journey! What You'll Do (Example Job Duties)

• Conduct lead generation activities via call campaigns to uncover new business opportunities for technology companies.
• Execute sales activities in alignment with key performance indicators and metrics.
• Prospect, call, set up, and confirm meetings between technology companies and government customers.
• Document all calls, sales activities, customer and/or technology company interactions in our company customer relationship management system.
• Establish and maintain ongoing business relationships with technology company reps, channel partner reps, and government customers.
• Achieve all measurable daily performance standards (calls, orders, sell time, quota).
• Provide pricing and product availability to customers as required.
• Position products and service programs suited to customer’s business needs.
• Attend all assigned TD SYNNEX training initiatives, reseller/Industry events, TD SYNNEX events.
• Additional duties as assigned

• Strong communication skills to convey important information effectively and engage with stakeholders.
• Organized with excellent time management skills, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Participation in the Discovery Representative Program does not guarantee an offer of, or placement into, a permanent position with TD SYNNEX. At the conclusion of the program—or at any point during the program—participants may be released from the role based on performance outcomes, business needs, or failure to meet TD SYNNEX policies or procedures.

Actual annual compensation offered will be based on several variables including geographic location, work experience, education and skills/ achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer. The Discovery Representative Program average starting rate is approximately $23.00 per hour.
