Now Hiring: Discovery Cruiser

(Multilingual Driver- Tour Guide Full or Part Time)

We are currently looking for a Multilingual Driver to join either our Bus or Jeep Operations team. This role goes beyond just driving; it's about creating a safe, welcoming, and efficient transport service and tour experience for our tourists.

By joining our team, you'll play a vital role in our mission to transport travelers and enrich their journey experience. You'll be at the heart of creating memorable experiences for tourists and ensuring their transportation and touring needs are met with excellence.

In this position, you'll be offered a full or part time opportunity, while being entrusted with navigating diverse routes across our scenic destinations, maintaining timeliness while prioritizing the safety and enjoyment of our guests. Your proficiency in English, Spanish and or Dutch, will be invaluable in delivering exceptional service, enriching guests' experiences with insightful and engaging commentary along the way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate buses across designated routes, adhering to all traffic and transit regulations.
• Maintain punctuality for all scheduled services to ensure reliable transport for passengers.
• Provide friendly and professional service, assisting guests with queries and special needs.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working order.
• Communicate effectively in English, Spanish and/or Dutch (is a plus), offering clear information and assistance to guests.
• Collaborate with the different teams to improve service efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Essential Skills and Traits:

• Fluency in English and Spanish is essential, Dutch is a plus.
• Proven record of punctuality and reliability.
• Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record.
• Friendly, outgoing, and social personality, capable of providing exceptional customer service.
• Strong team player, trustworthy, and hardworking.
• Previous experience in a driving role is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Applicants must be 25 years and older (to be eligible for DTP green card certification)
