Discovery Administrative SupportThis position offices in-person, on campus.Valor Christian Discovery seeks to provide opportunities for our students to actively serve and grow in their faith locally, nationally and internationally. The Discovery Administrative Support role is designed to support the mission and day-to-day functions of the department. This individual will be in close contact with students, parents, team leaders, and volunteers. The ideal candidate for this role has strong administrative skills, a heart for teenagers, and a desire to serve as the hands and feet of Christ. This person will work closely with the Discovery Coordinators as well as other departments to meet the vision of preparing tomorrow’s leaders to transform the world for Christ through service.Valor Christian High School is a decidedly Christian, college preparatory school whose core values honor a biblical foundation. RESULTSThe excellent work of the Discovery Administrative Support role will have assisted in operating Discovery as a cohesive, well-supported unit by establishing strong administrative systems that ensured effective departmental function and alignment with school priorities. The position will have inspired and equipped students to serve, fostering meaningful spiritual growth and transformation through engagement in Discovery experiences. The role will have championed and advanced the vision of Discovery, strengthening its presence within Valor Christian while expanding opportunities that drove program development, innovation, and sustained long-term impact.EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
