Disclosure Specialist/Manager (US Mortgage)

Compensation: ₱38,000 - ₱55,000 / month

We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Assistant with specialized expertise in Encompass error analysis and resolution, as well as advanced proficiency in Mavent. The ideal candidate will ensure loan processing accuracy and compliance with mortgage lending guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve Encompass errors and failures efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of compliance guidelines, regulations, and industry standards relevant to mortgage lending.
• Utilize Mavent proficiently, including interpreting and applying Mavent codes to maintain compliance.
• Collaborate with loan officers, processors, and underwriters to address compliance issues promptly.
• Document and report compliance-related findings and corrections clearly and concisely.
• Support internal compliance audits and assist in corrective action plans as needed.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Proven experience with Encompass, specifically in diagnosing, analyzing, and resolving system errors.
• Advanced proficiency in Mavent and deep familiarity with its coding structure.
• Solid understanding of mortgage compliance regulations (e.g., RESPA, TILA, HMDA, CFPB guidelines).
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• 2+ years of experience in mortgage compliance, specifically dealing with Encompass and Mavent.
• Previous experience in regulatory compliance within the mortgage industry.
