Manage and update the internal discipline database; ensure accurate, confidential, and timely record-keeping.
Assist Student Development and Management staff (Year Heads, HODs, SHs) in discipline-related administrative tasks.
Liaise with external organisations (e.g. Family Service Centres, Community Centres) on student-related matters as directed.
Provide administrative support for student management programmes such as character-building, detention, and in-house suspension.
Requirement:
Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms) and data entry tools.
Experience in classroom or discipline-related administration preferred.
Strong interpersonal, planning, analytical, and negotiation skills.
Able to multitask, work independently, and collaborate effectively in a team.
Duration/ Working hours:
11 months contract (1 Jan 2026 to 30 Nov 2026)
Mondays to Fridays: 7:30am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 1-hr lunch break
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public
holidays
