We are looking for new team members who have outstanding customer service skills and can think on their feet. Experience is helpful, but we will train the right candidate who is motivated to learn. Any construction experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide restoration and recovery services on both residential and commercial losses
  • Perform water, fire, smoke damage, and mold remediation repairs as directed by supervisor to include (but not limited to): water extraction, mold abatement, pack-out of contents, content cleaning, light construction and demolition
  • Set up, monitor, and take down equipment
  • Complete assigned job tasks according to ServiceMaster processes while maintaining quality control and providing outstanding customer service
  • Drive a company vehicle to jobs
  • Report any customer problems or damage to supervisor
  • Report equipment malfunctions to supervisor
  • May perform other cleaning duties when part of mitigation or restoration jobs
  • Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications & Physical Demands
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Reports to work on time in a clean, complete uniform and has a professional appearance
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Have a valid driver's license
  • Must be willing to work on-call shifts for emergency services
  • Good communication skills and ability to talk to customers professionally
  • Move and/or lift 50+ pounds
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Lifting, squatting, crawling and crouching is required
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and to work within a team
  • For safety reasons, respirators, which are used in certain situations, must be able to seal to your face
  • Be exposed to various outside and inside working conditions such as change in air conditioning or heating
