Disability Connect Victoria (DCV) is on the lookout for a passionate and organised Team Leader to help drive quality support in a complex 24x7 program. This is the perfect next step for a Support Worker ready to take on more responsibility while staying hands-on with client care.
You’ll still be on the roster, providing direct support, but you’ll also take the lead on key admin, communication, and coordination tasks that keep the program running smoothly. Think of yourself as the vital link between clients, support workers, and the office team.
This is a permanent part-time position based in Wonthaggi
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8am-4pm
Wednesdays 10am-2pm
What you’ll bring:
•Certificate IV in Disability is required
• A strong commitment to supporting people with disability
• Excellent communication, organisation, and admin skills
• Confidence working with systems, scheduling, and documentation
• A calm, flexible approach to managing the unexpected
• A team mindset

In the near future, DCV will be offering overnight Respite services as well as facility based independent living skills programs. These programs will launch alongside our latest social and community access programs later this year.
