We are currently recruiting Casual Disability Support Workers for four specific participant supports across Melbourne.
💚 Current Opportunities
Northern Suburbs: 24 Hour In-Home Support
• Participant lives at home and requires 24-hour care (active + sleepover shifts)
• Team must have strong English communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with family and clinical stakeholders
• Requires consistency, emotional intelligence, and calm presence
• Experience in complex personal care highly regarded
This role suits someone reliable, grounded, and comfortable working in structured home environments with high accountability.
Caulfield Area: Morning & Afternoon Supports
• Community-based participant
• Morning and afternoon shifts available
• Personal care, daily routines and community access
• Ideal for someone local seeking consistent part-time hours
Perfect for support workers who enjoy routine-based supports and building strong rapport.
South Eastern Area High-Intensity Participant: Allied Health Background Preferred
• Complex support needs
• Experience in high physical support requirements essential
• Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy background highly regarded (or strong manual handling and rehab experience)
• Confidence with mobility supports, positioning, and working alongside clinical teams
This is ideal for someone wanting hands-on experience in a more clinical support environment.
Mentone Area – Female Support Worker (Mature Preferred)
• Community-based female participant
• Participant has expressed preference for a female support worker of similar life stage
• Calm, patient, and relational approach essential
• Focus on companionship, routine, and emotional safety
This role would suit a mature, nurturing support worker who values meaningful one-on-one connection.
🌟 What We’re Looking For
• Experience in disability support (SIL and/or community)
• Confidence with personal care and daily routines
• Availability across a rotating roster (where applicable)
• Warm, reliable, emotionally intelligent approach
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to follow structure and escalate appropriately
• OT or Physio background
✅ Essential Requirements
• Cert IV (or higher) in Disability, Aged Care or similar
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module
• First Aid & CPR
• NDIS Worker Screening Check / WWCC
• Driver’s licence & reliable vehicle
• Full working rights in Australia

Support and guidance to get the most out of the NDIS from the start including connecting them with the right Allied Health Practitioners and helping them prepare for their first planning meeting.
Daily Disability Support including coordinating their supports, daily support or specialist support.
Support Workers to help participants and their Carers including personal care, domestic support and more.
Supplying respite for Carers, and short-term accommodation.
Small, personalised social groups and outings to help participants to have fun, adventure, focus on building individual skills and abilities, and to make lasting friendships.
