Connecting Families is seeking strong, trauma-informed male and female Disability Support Workers to provide high-level care for a client with extremely complex behavioral and psychological needs. This role requires workers who can remain calm under pressure, respond to challenging behaviors with care and control, and provide structured, consistent support.

βοΈ Able to mentor youth with attachment issues and trauma
βοΈ Committed to clear boundaries, respectful communication, and safety

Mandatory Requirements
π Certificate III or IV in Disability, Community Services, Youth Work, or Mental Health (Highly Preferred)
π Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
π Employee Working with Children Check (South Australia)
π National Police Check (within 12 months)
π Valid First Aid & CPR Certification
π Valid Australian Driverβs License & Reliable, Insured Vehicle
