Job Description

Hartley Lifecare is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Disability Support Worker to help support three clients in their own home.

The position will have the following roster:

Hours: 103 hours per month (Active nightshifts)

Week 1: Thurs: 1:30 pm - 10 pm, Mon: 10 pm - 6:30 am (Night Shift), Wed: 10 pm - 6:30 am (Night Shift).

Week 2: Fri: 12:30pm - 10 pm , Sat: 10 pm - 6:30 am(Night Shift), Wed: 6am - 2pm.

Week 3: Thurs: 1:30 pm - 10 pm, Mon: 10 pm - 6:30 am (Night Shift), Wed: 10 pm - 6:30 am (Night Shift).

Week 4: Fri: 12:30pm - 10 pm , Sat: 10 pm - 6:30 am(Night Shift), Wed: 6am - 2pm.

The successful candidate must have:

  • A current provisional or full Australian driver's licence
  • WWVP card with NDIS activities
  • Valid First Aid Certificate (Must be from a Registered Training Organisation)
  • Understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and possess a NDIS certificate of completion https://training.ndiscommission.gov.au/login/index.php
