
Disability Support Worker
We’re looking for reliable and professional Disability Support Workers who are full of positive energy to join our team in Moe for a weekday community access program.
Hours:
Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 3:00pm
About the role:
You are a person-centred support worker who loves getting active – whether it’s swimming, bike riding, gaming or trying new activities.
The role includes
Supporting behaviours of concern
Assisting with personal care and daily routines
Providing transport and community engagement support
What we’re looking for:
Current Driver’s Licence (required for community transport)
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working with Children Check (required)
Experience working with behaviours of concern and intellectual disability
Someone who brings enthusiasm, fun and a genuine desire to help people achieve their goals

Disability Connect Victoria is a registered NDIS, TAC & WorkSafe provider. We proudly provide support to those living with any type of disability or mental health condition across Southern Metro Melbourne, Eastern Metro Melbourne and all of Gippsland.
If you are the recipient of NDIS, TAC or WorkSafe funding - we can help get you the support you need. Our experienced support coordinators are well versed in local services to interlink with, ensuring you receive the right care, at the right time and in the right environment.
In the near future, DCV will be offering overnight Respite services as well as facility based independent living skills programs. These programs will launch alongside our latest social and community access programs later this year.
