We are currently seeking committed, experienced Support Professionals who are full of enthusiasm & beaming with energy, who are exceptional communicators, willing to go the extra mile, have a great understanding of individual supports, who love going on adventures and are passionate in providing dignified support care!

This role provides rostered shifts that ensure stability and the opportunity to provide genuine impact with our clients. We are currently looking for Support Professionals to assist with Complex care with our participants in Launceston - Tasmania

• Assist people to live as independently as possible in their own home and in the community, remove barriers and engage in a full life;
• Personal care including continence care, mealtime management, helping people shower, getting dressed and performing daily activities, laundry etc.
• Assisting with light housework;
• Providing social support to people with disabilities and people experiencing mental health;
• Support to develop and build self-confidence;
• Support with reviewing and updating care support plans

Qualifications and Experience

Essential

• Current QLD Driver’s License
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
• Current WWVP card including NDIS clearance and Working with Children
• Compulsory Comprehensive Insurance on private vehicle
• NDIS Orientation Certificate or ability to obtain.
• Complex Care Experience
• Mental Health Experience
• Exceptional Professional Boundaries

Desirable

• Certificate III in Individual Support Disability/Aged Care or related studies (or willing to undertake)
• Knowledge and understanding of the NDIS system.
• Sound experience in the disability or allied health/welfare/education fields.
