
Disability Connect Victoria is seeking compassionate, reliable casual Disability Support Workers to join to join our growing team in Heathmont and surrounding areas.

About the Role
As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide person-centred care to assist participants with personal care, daily living, community access and behaviours of concern. You will work in line with individual support plans and NDIS goals while maintaining professional boundaries and accurate documentation.
Hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday- 7am-11am
Saturday and Sunday- 4pm-11pm
Requirement for the Role:
Experience in safe manual handling practices and personal care
Valid Working With Children Check (Employee)
Certificate III in Individual Support or higher (preferred but not required)
12 months experience in a similar role

Disability Connect Victoria is a registered NDIS, TAC & WorkSafe provider. We proudly provide support to those living with any type of disability or mental health condition across Southern Metro Melbourne, Eastern Metro Melbourne and all of Gippsland.
If you are the recipient of NDIS, TAC or WorkSafe funding - we can help get you the support you need. Our experienced support coordinators are well versed in local services to interlink with, ensuring you receive the right care, at the right time and in the right environment.
In the near future, DCV will be offering overnight Respite services as well as facility based independent living skills programs. These programs will launch alongside our latest social and community access programs later this year.
