Disability Connect Victoria is a registered NDIS, TAC & WorkSafe provider. We proudly provide support to those living with any type of disability or mental health condition across Southern Metro Melbourne, Eastern Metro Melbourne and all of Gippsland.
If you are the recipient of NDIS, TAC or WorkSafe funding - we can help get you the support you need. Our experienced support coordinators are well versed in local services to interlink with, ensuring you receive the right care, at the right time and in the right environment.
In the near future, DCV will be offering overnight Respite services as well as facility based independent living skills programs. These programs will launch alongside our latest social and community access programs later this year.
