About the Role

We are currently seeking passionate and empathetic Disability Support Workers to provide essential care and support to individuals with disabilities. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives and well-being of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hoist Transfers
  • Bowel Care
  • Catheter Care
  • Personal Care
  • Meal Preparation
  • Respite
  • PEG Feeding, Oral Suctioning, Pulse Oximeter, Seizure Management, Cough Assist Machine, Aspiration Management & Liquid Medication
  • Medication assist
  • Therapy programs/Hydrotherapy
  • Social Support

Ideal Candidate

  • Female Support Workers only due to a personal care for a female client
  • Excellent English-speaking skills
  • Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A commitment to upholding the rights and dignity of individuals with disabilities.
  • A commitment to safe work practices and manual handling.
  • Good Availability
  • NSW Driver License
