
Disability Support Worker
Location: Loch Sport Hours: Varying shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends
Disability Connect Victoria is seeking Disability Support Workers to support clients in the Loch Sport area.
This role is suited to someone who is reliable, patient and genuinely committed to supporting people with disability to live safely, independently and stay connected with their local community.
About the role
As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide practical, person-centred support to clients in their home and community.

Disability Connect Victoria is a registered NDIS, TAC & WorkSafe provider. We proudly provide support to those living with any type of disability or mental health condition across Southern Metro Melbourne, Eastern Metro Melbourne and all of Gippsland.
If you are the recipient of NDIS, TAC or WorkSafe funding - we can help get you the support you need. Our experienced support coordinators are well versed in local services to interlink with, ensuring you receive the right care, at the right time and in the right environment.
In the near future, DCV will be offering overnight Respite services as well as facility based independent living skills programs. These programs will launch alongside our latest social and community access programs later this year.
