As a Support Worker at SensesWA, you will play a vital role in empowering people with disability to live safer, more independent and fulfilling lives. This is a permanent part-time opportunity where your compassion and dedication will make a genuine difference to the people you support every day.
About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to join our team in a permanent part-time night shift role.
Based within a Supported Independent Living (SIL) home, you will provide high-quality overnight support to people with disability, helping to maintain a safe, comfortable and supportive home environment. This may involve active or sleepover shifts, monitoring customer wellbeing, providing personal care and responding to support needs throughout the night. There will be opportunities for day shifts to be scheduled if in conjunction with night shift.
Working collaboratively with the broader support team, you will deliver person-centred support in line with individual support plans, promoting dignity, choice, independence and quality of life. You will also maintain accurate records and contribute to a positive and inclusive home environment for the people we support.
The successful applicant will be flexible to work across other services and locations as operational needs require.

Essential Requirements
Previous disability support experience or a relevant qualification, such as a Certificate III in Individual Support, is desirable but not always essential.
