The Role
You will be responsible for supporting clients with mental health, physical disability and behaviours of concern.
In this role you will also complete all administration and reporting requirements and provide day-to-day home living supports such as assisting with meal preparation, domestic duties, medication administration and personal care needs.
Working as part of a small collaborative team you will also work with managers and colleagues to establish processes to support with support strategies as required.
Selection Criteria
To be considered for the role you will be an experienced disability professional with a minimum 2 years’ experience. You will have worked in a similar role and have proven experience supporting persons with complex needs and challenging behaviours. This includes supporting clients on the autism spectrum.
