About The Role
As a Disability Support Worker at LifeFul, you’ll provide hands-on support that empowers NDIS participants to live with independence, dignity, and joy You’ll work across a variety of settings—including participants’ homes, the community, and supported accommodation (SDA/SIL)—delivering both personal and social supports tailored to individual needs. This role is dynamic, person centered, and deeply rewarding, offering opportunities to build meaningful relationships while developing your skills in complex care, behaviour support, and community engagement.
