As Marketing Manager, Digital & Integrated Systems, you report directly to the Product Marketing Director, Digital & Integrated Systems.

Purpose of the Job

  • Highlight our digital & Integrated systems offer to position Alstom as a leader in Digital mobility, infrastructure and turnkey.
  • Ensure sales teams have necessary knowledge and materials to attract customers

Responsibilities

1/ Marketing material

  • Support in building messaging, value proposition, differentiated product positioning for relevant solutions
  • Support marketing product collaterals development (presentation, videos, product sheets) and ensure updates.

2/ Sales support

  • Develop and maintain Marketing tools platform
  • Coordinate marketing expectations from sales network
  • Coordinate communication of solutions vision & value to sales team (through internal webinars…)

3/ Awareness

  • Support in building content (white papers, presentations pitches, ...) to highlight our Digital & Integrated Systems offer

Educational Requirements

  • Master’s degree, preferably in a related field (e.g. Business Administration, Product Marketing, Communication) or comparable qualifications

Experience

  • Worked in similar roles in at least 2 years
  • Work in an international environment
  • Excellent English language skills (written and verbal)

Desirable

  • Work in B2B environment
  • Work in Marketing of complex products
  • French or German language skills

  • Ability to turn complex technical information into compelling content/ presentations
  • Able to interact and communicate courteously and professionally, both orally and in writing among all levels of the organisation
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Proactive self-starter
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Excellent time management skills – ability to establish priorities, juggle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) & Generative AI
