We have a great opportunity as “Head of HR” located in Brazil responsible for the function at the Country level

What will be your impact in this role?

Define and implement the Human Resources strategy in alignment with the global strategy and business objectives.

Build, maintain, and develop the Human Resources team responsible for all people-related activities, ensuring alignment and standardization with Human Resources processes.

What are you going to do in this position?

  • Drive organizational changes to support the business strategy, including development initiatives.
  • Meet the function’s key performance indicators and address internal customer needs.
  • Safeguard employee well-being through comprehensive health, cultural change, and communication programs.
  • Support the business in developing effective, standard-aligned structures that promote accountability.
  • Advice on resource capacity planning, scheduling, and productivity measures, providing appropriate tools and policies aligned with Group costs and standards. Ensure the delivery of the annual performance management and salary review processes for the function, in line with Group processes and timelines.
  • Ensure effective recruitment and talent management activities through the Talent Attraction team to attract, select, onboard, and retain individuals with the capabilities and skills required to meet the current and future needs of the business, as applicable to the role’s scope.
  • Optimize the use of Human Resources processes to establish meaningful indicators for monitoring business satisfaction and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide development solutions through the Talent Management and Development team or certified programs to build organizational capability, strengthen expertise in a specific function or business area, and support future business capability needs.
  • Lead matters related to hiring, legal and data protection requirements, contract and records management, organizational management, and employee records.
  • Provide guidance on legal and policy requirements, documentation, employee notification procedures, and legal proceedings.
  • Manage effective relationships and negotiations with key partners for individual cases at the local level.
  • Ensure the implementation of initiatives aimed at increasing employee satisfaction, performance, and retention, including effective communication at all levels, as well as the completion of sustainable employee opinion surveys and related follow-up.

What can you stand for this role?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Fluent English; Spanish
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cultural transformation.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Progressive experience in Human Resources, including leadership roles in complex, matrix-structured multinational organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of labor law, employee relations, compensation and benefits, talent management, organizational development, and change management.
  • Demonstrated experience leading HR transformation initiatives and managing organizational change in fast-paced environments.
  • Proven track record of building high-performing teams and developing future leaders.
  • Strong financial and business acumen, with the ability to align people’s strategies with business objectives.
  • Experience managing relationships with unions and employee representatives is considered an advantage.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across multiple functions, cultures, and levels of organization.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging HR metrics and analytics to support business decisions.
