Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the engineering team.
• Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management for engineering projects.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
