This position is full-time, requires a hybrid work schedule, and is only available in New York City.

Responsibilities

As a Director/Sr. Director on the Creators & Casting team, you’ll drive creator-led campaigns from strategy through execution across multiple accounts. You’ll ensure programs are culturally sharp, strategically sound, and deliver measurable impact.
This role bridges day-to-day execution and senior leadership, collaborating across disciplines and mentoring junior staff.

  • Serve as a primary client driver on creator programs, building trust and presenting strategies, ideas, and recommendations with confidence
  • Lead the development of creator strategies that connect brand objectives with culture and creator storytelling
  • Lead multiple creator programs/accounts simultaneously, ensuring work is integrated, innovative, and measurable
  • Drive and manage creator casting, negotiations, and campaign execution, ensuring alignment with budgets and timelines
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, earned, and production teams to deliver integrated campaigns
  • Track, analyze, and present performance across programs, delivering actionable insights and optimizations
  • Manage, mentor, and inspire team members, fostering growth, accountability, and a strong team culture
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, agents, platforms, and industry partners
  • Partner with senior leadership to contribute to the Creators & Casting practice, refining processes and POVs
  • Anticipate client and market needs, proactively identifying new opportunities and solutions
  • Support and contribute to new business efforts, including strategy development, creator recommendations, and client presentations
  • Contribute to agency growth through thought leadership and innovation in the creator space

Qualifications

  • 6–9 years of experience in influencer/creator marketing, social strategy, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving large-scale creator campaigns for major consumer brands
  • Good understanding of creator ecosystems, cultural trends, and platform dynamics
  • Strong client leadership, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong experience in contract negotiations, budget oversight, and campaign performance reporting
  • Experience managing and mentoring teams, with the ability to develop both junior and senior talent
  • Strategic thinker who can connect big-picture vision with detailed execution
  • Collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with strong cross-functional partnership skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or equivalent professional experience

The Company is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation range for this role is $107,000 - $140,000 and this position is eligible for benefits that include medical insurance (health, dental, and vision), retirement plan, paid time off, paid parental leave, new business and employee referral bonuses, etc. Please note that the compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for New York City based hires only and is provided pursuant to the New York City Pay Transparency Law. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as candidates' relevant work experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
