Job Description

The role is responsible for driving portfolio profitability, pricing excellence, and commercial transformation initiatives across the Equipment portfolio.

The position reports to the Senior Director of Product for the Equipment business. It supports the development and execution of value-based pricing strategies, portfolio prioritization, and go-to-market initiatives that improve profitability and strengthen competitive differentiation.

Working closely with Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Finance, Operations, and the Equipment Leadership Team, this person would help build a more data-driven, customer-focused, and value-oriented commercial organization.

You Will Make an Impact By:

  • Creating and driving product portfolio strategy, including market positioning, customer value propositions, and long-term business growth across key product lines.
  • Leading the transformation toward a value-based pricing organization by developing and implementing differentiated pricing strategies, strengthening pricing governance, and leveraging customer, competitive, and market insights to maximize value capture.
  • Driving portfolio profitability and sustainable gross margin expansion through profitability analysis, lifecycle management, margin improvement initiatives, and alignment of investment and innovation decisions with business objectives.
  • Enhancing commercial excellence by optimizing go-to-market strategies, market segmentation, account prioritization, and value-based selling capabilities while supporting the development of customer ROI and total cost-of-ownership frameworks.
  • Leading cross-functional transformation initiatives that align Marketing, Product Management, Sales, R&D, and Operations around shared objectives, performance metrics, and execution plans.
  • Building organizational capabilities and fostering a customer-centric, value-driven culture that strengthens portfolio competitiveness, supports profitable growth, and creates scalable business success.

Skills You Bring:

  • Master's degree in Electronics or a related Engineering field.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced business qualification preferred.
  • Progressive experience in industrial technology, equipment manufacturing, engineered products, or other advanced B2B manufacturing environments.
  • Demonstrated success in portfolio strategy, pricing transformation, commercial excellence, and value-based pricing initiatives.
  • Experience driving gross margin expansion, profitability improvement, and value creation in complex product portfolios.
  • Strong understanding of product management, portfolio architecture, segmentation, market positioning, and go-to-market strategy development.
  • Proven ability to leverage market intelligence, customer insights, competitive analysis, and data-driven decision-making to influence business strategy.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills with experience working across global matrix organizations and leading change without direct authority.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience implementing pricing governance frameworks, CPQ solutions, pricing analytics, or related commercial tools.
  • Knowledge of Voice of Customer (VoC) methodologies, competitive intelligence programs, and value realization measurement practices.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and change management capabilities with the ability to drive transformation across diverse regions, functions, and cultures.
