Sales Hunter – HiTech

Target Companies candidates should be only from Indian IT Services Companies and hiring company will not shortlist candidates from PRODUCT COMPANIES PLEASE

Experience Candidates should not have moved jobs frequently, for example with 15 years of experience he should not have worked with more than 3 companies, average stint should be 4 to 5 years in one company.

Visa Status Ideally US Citizens or Green Card Holders and open for H1 or L1 visa holders too.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive net-new logo acquisition across the Hi-Tech verticals within the U.S. market
• Develop and execute territory and account acquisition strategies to build a sustainable pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Identify, engage, and establish relationships with CIOs, CTOs, Chief Digital Officers, Engineering Leaders, Product Leaders, Technology Executives, and other senior stakeholders.
• Prospect, qualify, propose, negotiate, and close new consulting, digital engineering, cloud, data, AI, and Generative AI opportunities.
• Position Digital Engineering, Product Engineering, Data & AI, Cloud Transformation, Application Modernization, and Generative AI capabilities to prospective customers.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles including account planning, opportunity creation, solution positioning, proposal development, commercial negotiations, and deal closure.
• Build strong executive relationships and establish as a strategic transformation partner.
• Collaborate with delivery, solution, alliance, and leadership teams to develop compelling customer value propositions.
• Leverage partner ecosystems, alliances, industry networks, and referral channels to generate new opportunities.
• Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, opportunity tracking, and CRM hygiene.
• Represent at industry events, conferences, trade shows, and customer forums.
• Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

CANDIDATE PROFILE / QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or related discipline. MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in enterprise sales, Net New Logo’s or strategic sales within IT Services, Digital Engineering, Consulting, or Technology Services organizations.
• Proven track record of acquiring net-new logos and winning enterprise accounts within the Hi-Tech.
• Strong experience selling one or more of the following:
• Digital Engineering Services
• Product Engineering Services
• Generative AI Solutions & Services
• Data & AI Services
• Cloud Transformation Services
• Application Development & Modernization
• Managed Services
• Platform Engineering Services
• Demonstrated success selling into software companies, SaaS providers, platform companies, technology firms.
• Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and executive decision-makers.
• Strong network and relationships within the U.S. Hi-Tech ecosystem.
• Proven ability to build pipeline from scratch and consistently exceed revenue targets.
• Strong commercial, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
• Excellent executive presence and ability to engage C-level stakeholders.
• Experience working within global delivery models involving offshore, nearshore, and distributed consulting teams.
