Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
Salesforce is the #1 Agentic AI CRM — a unified platform where humans and AI agents work side-by-side on real-time data to drive customer success. The Salesforce Platform Organization is the foundation upon which all Salesforce products and customer customizations are built. We serve an incredible community of over 15 million developers, architects, and admins. From core declarative building blocks to advanced pro-code environments, our mission is to deliver frictionless, highly productive, and joyful developer experiences that bridge humans and AI agents.
About Salesforce User Experience
Our teams craft Salesforce’s enterprise and consumer products, create new design patterns and guidelines, and partner with cross-disciplinary teams to bring human-centered experiences to life. These roles are an opportunity to solve meaningful problems at scale, design for inclusivity and accessibility, and make life better for our users and customers.
You’ll build our product and feature vision by leveraging your skills in visualization, influence, and empathy. You’ll collaborate closely with product and technology partners as a key stakeholder in our release roadmap. You’ll immerse yourself in the end-to-end experience of your work, creating a variety of design artifacts to communicate ideas and direction.
Ultimately, you’ll make products that people love to use – tools that make a developer’s day more productive, a DevOps lead’s governance capabilities more powerful, and for all solution creators (from low-code admins to developers) the ability to deliver modern, flexible, agent-based apps and workflows. If you want to use your UX and engineering skills to inspire teams, create amazing experiences, and transform the way business gets done, we would love for you to join us!
