This role leads enrollment marketing efforts for all undergraduate audiences, including traditional residential first-year, transfer, and international students, as well as emerging education models such as Founder’s College and Butler Overseas. The Director supervises undergraduate enrollment marketing staff and works in close partnership with Enrollment Management while leading cross-functional collaboration across University Marketing to translate enrollment priorities into coordinated, high-quality execution.

Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies for key influencer audiences—including parents and families, school counselors, and educators—to strengthen visibility with prospective students.
- Lead day-to-day undergraduate enrollment marketing operations, setting priorities and serving as the primary point of contact for campus partners. Translate enrollment priorities into integrated marketing strategies and lead cross-functional University Marketing teams through a matrix model to deliver them. Supervise undergraduate enrollment marketing staff, manage the Admission communications budget, and oversee external vendors.

- Collaborate with Enrollment Management and campus partners to inform and enhance campus visit and event programming, contributing enrollment marketing strategy, audience perspective, and brand and messaging guidance to strengthen the overall prospective student experience.
- Partner with Enrollment Management on undergraduate market growth and student search strategy, managing lead generation vendors and communications and leading ongoing evaluation of tools, lead sources, and marketing partners.
- Lead communication strategy for incoming student processes and key onboarding milestones (e.g., Housing, New Student Registration, Orientation), partnering with campus units to deliver a cohesive transition from admission through matriculation.
