Director, Treasury Management Officer (Global Transaction Banking)

Location: Madrid

Shape global treasury strategy. Build senior client relationships. Drive revenue growth at scale.

We are seeking a Director, Treasury Management Officer to partner with Corporate & Investment Banking teams and lead relationships with large corporate and multinational clients (>$2bn revenue).

What you will do:

• Act as a trusted advisor to CFOs, Treasurers and senior finance stakeholders
• Originate and grow transaction banking revenue across a portfolio of key clients
• Deliver integrated treasury solutions across liquidity, payments, FX, trade and working capital
• Lead global client coverage, coordinating cross-border teams to ensure a seamless client experience
• Contribute to market presence through thought leadership and client engagement
• Collaborate with product, risk and banking teams to execute commercial strategy
• Support the development of junior talent within a high-performing team

What we are looking for:

• Experience in transaction banking or treasury within a corporate or investment banking environment
• Proven ability to build and grow senior client relationships
• Strong knowledge of global treasury, payments and liquidity solutions
• Commercial acumen, including experience in pricing and revenue generation
• Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders at CFO and Treasurer level
