Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
Master's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
12+ years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, cash management, banking, accounting, or related finance functions required.
8+ years of experience in a management capacity preferred.
Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) preferred. Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Finance Accountant (CFA), or other relevant finance certification preferred.
Knowledge of treasury operations, liquidity management, cash forecasting, banking structures, and internal controls.
Skill in analyzing cash flow, financial data, and operational treasury issues to support decisions and execution.
Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver accurate, timely results in a controlled environment.
Ability to communicate clearly with finance leadership, business stakeholders, auditors, and external banking partners.
Ability to lead teams, enforce process discipline, and drive continuous improvement.
