About you
You are a transformation professional looking for an opportunity to structure and deliver a large business and regulatory transformation program in partnership with the technology function at Transport for NSW to effectively serve our customers and communities.
You’ll have demonstrated understanding of, and experience in, business transformational change, including digital technology, product ownership, policy change and strategic planning. You will have an understanding of NSW government regulatory policy and legislation landscape.
You have strong communication skills, you’re an influencer with a strong strategic mindset, and can articulate complex concepts to suit all levels and types of audiences.
With people at the heart, you champion a customer-centric ethos. You understand the balance of addressing customer requirements whilst adhering to other regulatory, policy, government and operational conditions. You’ll also be passionate about building and growing your team’s performance and effectiveness.
