The Director, Transformation and Enablement serves as a strategic partner to Privacy leadership, driving the evolution of Privacy into a scalable, intelligence-driven capability that enables innovation, manages risk, and builds trust across the enterprise.​

This role is responsible for advancing the Privacy & Data Sharing operating model through organizational effectiveness, process optimization, and executive engagement. The successful candidate will translate strategy into execution, connect initiatives across the organization, and ensure leaders have the insights, narratives, and decision support needed to drive business outcomes.

  • Lead strategic transformation initiatives that improve the effectiveness, scalability, and maturity of the Data Privacy & Governance Office (DPGO).
  • Drive organizational design, process optimization, and operational and AI efficiency initiatives.
  • Partner with key stakeholders within DPGO to develop and maintain strategic roadmaps, goals, metrics, and execution plans aligned to operational priorities.
  • Identify and advance opportunities for innovation, automation, and simplification across Privacy operations.
  • Create executive-ready communications and presentations that distill complex topics into clear decisions, business outcomes, risks, trade-offs, and actions for leadership.
  • Ensure executives are prepared to speak on the presentation slides with talking points, and rehearsal meetings.
  • Challenge assumptions and identify gaps, fragmented messaging, or misaligned priorities before issues reach leadership.
  • Drive alignment and accountability across stakeholders to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, helping elevate discussions to the appropriate strategic level.
  • Proven experience leading strategic planning, transformation, operations, consulting, or organizational effectiveness functions.​
  • Exceptional executive communication, storytelling, and presentation development skills.​
  • Strong ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across senior stakeholders.​
  • Experience leading large-scale organizational change, process improvement, or operating model transformation initiatives.​
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information into concise recommendations and executive-level insights.​
  • High degree of business acumen, executive presence, judgment, and strategic thinking.
