The Director, Total Rewards will play a pivotal role in shaping and advancing TIC Solutions compensation, benefits, recognition, and performance-management strategies. This is an opportunity to lead programs that directly support employee wellbeing, engagement, and career success across the organization.

In this role, you will help set the strategic direction for TIC's compensation and benefits offerings, while leading the design, implementation, and ongoing improvement of total rewards programs. You will oversee the Compensation function and guide initiatives related to performance management and employee recognition.

You will also lead the day-to-day administration and long-term planning of U.S. group benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, short- and long-term disability, life insurance, flexible spending accounts, 401(k), and retirement plans. The role will also support the development of appropriate benefits programs for Canadian employees.

Success in this position requires a strategic, service-oriented leader who can build strong vendor partnerships, deliver an exceptional employee experience, and translate business needs into practical, competitive rewards solutions. The Director will lead and develop the Compensation Manager and Benefits Manager and Administrators, while fostering a collaborative, high-performing team.

Benefits Leadership

  • Own the strategy and administration of U.S. group benefits programs — medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, FSA, and 401(k) — plus support Canadian benefits offerings.

  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the Compensation Manager on program development, job evaluation, market research, and compliance.

  • Ensure equity and consistency across salary adjustments and compensation programs.

Performance & Recognition Programs
