
Microsoft Advertising is seeking a Director, Technical Solutions to lead a global organization of Technical Account Managers and Technical Solutions professionals supporting strategic customers, agencies, technology partners, and publishers.
This organization serves as the technical bridge between customers and Microsoft Advertising. The team works alongside sales, product, engineering, and customer-facing stakeholders to help customers successfully adopt, integrate, optimize, and scale Microsoft Advertising solutions.
The Director, Technical Solutions is responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and operating model for the Technical Solutions organization while developing high-performing teams and cultivating solid partnerships across the broader Microsoft ecosystem.
This role requires a combination of technical depth, customer-facing leadership, business acumen, organizational leadership, and a passion for helping customers achieve measurable business outcomes.

Service Engineering M5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $142,800 - $274,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year.
