€65,200.00 - €121,000.00We are seeking a Director of Tech Product Management for Content Enablement to lead the strategy, roadmap and delivery of enterprise content capabilities for Novartis International business teams. In this role, you will own the technology product direction for Content Enablement across the end-to-end content lifecycle, including content planning, authoring, MLR, DAM, distribution, integrations, data and analytics.
Your primary responsibility will be to define and execute a product strategy that enables scalable, compliant and customer-centric content capabilities, while ensuring delivery of measurable business value across international markets.
You will partner closely with Novartis International Content Enablement business teams, DDIT product teams, enterprise architecture, engineering, service management, data and analytics teams, and external technology vendors to shape the product roadmap and ensure solutions are aligned with business priorities, Novartis standards and regulatory requirements.
We are looking for a strategic, business-oriented technology leader who can bring clarity, structure and product discipline to a complex global content ecosystem, while building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and driving continuous improvement. With a strong technical foundation and the ability to understand how enterprise platforms, integrations, data flows and emerging technologies work, this leader will be able to engage confidently with architecture and engineering teams and make informed product decisions.

Expected Annual Base Salary Range for role: 65,200.00 - 121,000.00 EUR
The base salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically.
In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a performance-based bonus depending on certain performance parameters.
