What will you be doing?
The key objective of this role is to develop a formalized tech enablement strategy to bring Circana’s best technology into our clients’ solutions. Tech enablement is the bridge that connects Circana's technological potential with its real-world execution. At its core, tech enablement will follow a consistent approach to enable the internal teams and the client with the tools, technologies, methodologies, collaboration practices and training they need to perform their jobs more efficiently, drive transformative growth, superior experience and satisfaction.
This role will work across the combined Client Development (CDO), Alcohol Beverage & Tobacco (ABT) and Mid-Market (MM) team supporting client work streams, retailer programs, pursuits, new client implementations, renewal and retention and on-going solutions. Collaborating with Client Insights, Technology Partners, Solutions Partners, and Retail Teams, this role will facilitate the next wave of opportunity to develop automated analyses in Unify+ using Circana’s latest technologies and solutions.
Job Responsibilities
Support our clients to sell in and drive AI and enterprise-wide technology adoption across commercial sales and marketing, analytics, operations, and technology business functions.
Partner with the Circana retail teams to leverage technology to significantly improve client experience with Circana’s Retailer Gateway Programs.
Enable technology across internal teams to drive efficiency, knowledge and adoption of Circana’s AI driven technology tools.
Requirements
Have the ability to invent novel approaches to break through barriers to achieve client needs, including strong internal influence to expand and improve solutions

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $120K to $140K.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
