What’s the role?
You’ll lead a high-performing transaction banking sales team within Global Transaction Services, with clear accountability for driving revenue growth, winning new clients and expanding share of wallet across existing relationships. You’ll support and drive the sales strategy, pipeline growth and hold your team accountable for converting opportunities into results, while delivering a consistent customer experience across the full relationship lifecycle and driving measurable uplift in customer advocacy scores.
Working closely with product, relationship management, operations and risk teams, you’ll oversee customer campaigns, and account planning for priority clients. You’ll also connect onshore and offshore teams, support the launch of new customer solutions and help simplify the way the team works.
A key part of the role will be coaching team members to drive optimal performance and results, while strengthening their capability across solution design, pitching, stakeholder engagement and sales process management. You’ll create an environment where people can perform at their best whilst supporting strong, proactive risk management practices, driving sustainable outcomes.
This is a permanent opportunity based in Melbourne, requiring four days a week in the office so you can support your team on the ground
What do I need?
You’ll be an experienced sales leader with a proven track record of delivering revenue growth, strong commercial judgement and the ability to unite a team around a clear, customer-focused direction.
