
General Summary
The Director of Talent Acquisition – Medical Group is responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with organizational goals and supports the Medical Group. This role provides strategic and operational leadership over recruitment functions, employer branding initiatives, and candidate experience efforts with alignment to the broader talent acquisition strategy.
The Director leads a high‑performing team of recruiters, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability. By partnering closely with senior leadership, the Director builds and sustains a strong talent pipeline across all Medical Group and Service Line areas. The Director also works collaboratively with leaders within talent acquisition and the human resources centers of excellence.
This role oversees full-cycle recruitment for all medical group and service line positions, including physicians, advanced practice providers, clinical, non-clinical, and administrative support roles.
