
This position leads end-to-end recruitment for targeted senior executive roles (e.g. Hotel General Manager) across the Greater China region. The role partners closely with senior leaders, and HR business partners to define hiring needs, build targeted talent markets, and deliver a high-quality, confidential and compliant selection process from intake through offer acceptance.
Key responsibilities include advising on sourcing strategy, executing executive search, screening and assessing candidates, coordinating interview panels, completing reference and background checks (as applicable), managing offers and negotiations, and providing timely updates and recommendations to hiring managers. The role also supports and facilitates internal talent mobility to help meet workforce planning supply needs. This role uses recruiting systems and market intelligence to maximize reach, ensure process efficiency, and deliver an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Human Resources Management or other related field) required.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruiting, including demonstrated experience hiring senior leaders (e.g., General Managers, department heads, or executive committee-level roles).
• Hospitality industry experience will be preferred
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes, including structured interviews, candidate evaluation, and offer management.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions through clear, evidence-based recommendations and market insights.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools to manage pipelines, ensure data accuracy, and report hiring activity.
• Prior agency experience is a plus

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
Executive Talent Acquisition (e.g. General Managers & Senior Leaders)
· Lead end-to-end hiring for General Manager and senior executive roles, including intake, role calibration, sourcing, assessment, interview management, offer, and acceptance.
· Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to define selection criteria, interview plans, and decision timelines; provide market insights and candidate recommendations.
· Conduct structured screening and assessment (phone/video/in-person) to evaluate leadership capability, track record, and cultural alignment; document findings and deliver clear feedback to hiring leaders.
· Manage executive search firms and other external recruiting partners, including vendor selection, briefings, service-level expectations, and fee/contract alignment (in partnership with procurement/HR as required).
· Support internal talent mobility by identifying and presenting qualified internal candidates, facilitating internal selection processes, and partnering with HR and business leaders to enable timely moves that support workforce planning supply needs.
· Manage the alumni talent community as a strategic sourcing channel by maintaining an alumni contact pool, planning alumni networking/engagement activities, and converting qualified alumni into active candidate pipelines for priority senior roles (in line with data privacy and internal policies).
Recruiting Operations, Governance & Reporting
· Ensure accurate requisition set-up, posting (where applicable), and candidate pipeline management in the ATS and related recruiting tools; maintain data integrity and timely status updates.
· Coordinate interview logistics and assessment steps (as required), including panel scheduling, candidate communications, and preparation materials, while protecting confidentiality and delivering a consistent candidate experience.
· Track and report key recruiting activity metrics (e.g., pipeline health, time-to-fill, source effectiveness) and ensure hiring process adherence to internal policies and local regulatory requirements.
· Facilitate internal mobility workflows (as applicable), including internal candidate communications, movement approvals/coordination, and accurate recording of internal moves and outcomes in recruiting systems and reports.
