Preferred Qualification
Bachelor Degree in Business or related field or five years of Supply Chain Management Experience, or a combination of education and experience that would meet the skills required to perform the job.
INFECTION CONTROL AND COMPLIANCE
Demonstrates leadership accountability for hand hygiene compliance by actively monitoring performance data and achieving established organizational targets. Success in this area will be measured by quarterly compliance rates, corrective action follow-through, and overall improvement in infection prevention metrics.

HAZARDOUS COMMUNICATION ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
I have been instructed in the methods of detecting hazardous chemicals in my work area. I have been made aware of the physical and health hazards of chemicals in my work area. I have been instructed on measures to protect myself from hazardous chemicals in my work area (i.e., personal protective equipment, work practices, and engineering controls). I have been instructed on the hazard communication program (Right to Know laws). I have received training concerning the above items and understand the training. I know where the Hazardous Chemical list, this department’s Hazardous Communication program, and accompanying MSDS are located in my department.
