We are seeking a Director with 10+ years of experience in AI server or HPC hardware manufacturing and strong project management expertise. This role manages end‑to‑end supply chain operations—including NPI and ramp up materials planning, market trend analysis, logistics & shipping hub operations, inventory management—and leads cross‑functional projects to ensure on‑time, cost‑efficient delivery of complex AI server products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities but not limitied to:

  • Lead materials planning, demand forecasting, and production readiness for AI server programs.
  • Drive supplier contract negotiations, ensure on time delivery and overall cost improvements.
  • Oversee global logistics, import/export compliance, and 3PL/4PL hub operations.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels while reducing shortages, excess, and obsolescence.
  • Manage cross‑functional projects for NPI (New Product Introduction) and capacity ramp‑ups.
  • Drive supply chain process improvements and partner with Sales, Purchasing, Engineering, Manufacturing, Services, and Program Management teams.

Qualifications:

  • 12+ years in supply chain roles within AI server, HPC, or related hardware manufacturing.
  • Strong background in materials, planning, purchasing, logistics, and inventory control.
  • Proven project management experience leading cross‑functional hardware or manufacturing initiatives.
  • ERP/MRP proficiency (SAP, Oracle, preferred).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Salary Range

$185,000 - $230,000

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
